Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package via the carrier’s website.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Shtox Production UG is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at orders@shtox.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
